OVERVIEW
Kashifia is a web and mobile healthcare platform designed to enable users to book and conduct consultations with doctors, nurses, and diagnostic professionals remotely. The platform supports appointment booking, secure communication, and follow-up interactions across multiple healthcare services.
The focus of this project was to design a clear and accessible digital experience that simplifies how users seek medical help. From a UX and UI perspective, the goal was to reduce complexity, build user confidence, and create a structured journey that feels intuitive and reassuring, especially during moments of uncertainty or stress.
PROBLEM
Seeking medical help through digital platforms can often feel confusing and overwhelming, particularly for users with limited digital confidence. Users struggle to understand whom to consult and what steps to follow, leading to hesitation and delays in accessing care.
Booking and consultation flows are often complex, with unclear navigation and lack of guidance. This results in low confidence in managing healthcare digitally. Additionally, unclear communication and lack of feedback during interactions can increase anxiety, making the overall experience stressful rather than supportive.
SOLUTION
The solution focuses on creating a guided and reassuring consultation experience that supports users at every step. The platform introduces clear, step-by-step booking and consultation flows to reduce confusion and improve decision-making.
Information hierarchy was simplified to make navigation intuitive and help users quickly understand available services and next actions. Transparent feedback and confirmation systems were designed to keep users informed throughout the journey. The overall experience emphasizes clarity, trust, and ease of use, enabling users to access healthcare services with greater confidence and reduced stress.
